I started with a base of Cult Nails Tempest. Then, using Pure Ice Teal Appeal I followed MrCandiipants' tutorial to create the abstract flowers. I used Sinful Colors Black on Black to dot the centers of the flowers.
This nail art is fun and pretty easy! I like how the blue flowers turned out, but I also really want try this with a variety of colors like in the tutorial.
